(WTNH) -- The latest pit bull incident in New Haven had people flooding the phone lines, but that's not all viewers were calling in about in today's Voice of the People.
Lori from Milford said, "no, pit bulls should not be banned. It is totally the way they're raised."
Kevin from Fairfield said, "I think people that own dogs that hurt other people or other property should be held to the maximum for that."
Dawn from Shelton said, "personally I would like to see all the Congressman have new blood. They're not thinking with what the people want. They're thinking what they want. We voted them in office to think with the people. And right now they're not thinking for the people, they're thinking for themselves."
Arlene from New Hartford said, "I'd like to know in the unemployment percentage rate they show on tv. How does it account for people who have run out of unemployment and still haven't found a job where does that figure in that percentage."
