(WTNH) -- Some folks are defending the Hostess baker's union after it was blamed for the company going out of business and one man is missing something from the 8-day forecast. Here's tonight's Voice of the People.

Mike from New Haven said, "the people of Connecticut would rather have a Twinkie or a cupcake over people who want fair pay and fair benefits? Support these people, don't support the Twinkie!"

Jason from Milford said, "that's crazy how people are just buying these Twinkies and then selling them on EBay. That's so bad, I mean there's people that need 'em, that need food you know, in food banks and stuff. A company goes bankrupt and we've gotta make money off of that? I don't understand that."

Paul from Hamden said, "I'm wondering if time can be saved, when you present the weather, if possible, that you don't have to state every single town's weather, you know, temperature. Maybe actually in the morning, enough time can be saved that maybe a possible sports broadcast could be used. You know, you have no sports at all, we can't even see a score."

Anonymous said, "I'm just concerned about the fact that you guys don't have that turkey on the 8-day forecast, and um, I always look forward to seeing it for some reason. And I was just wondering if you could put it back up."
