(WTNH) -- A mother in Seattle, Washington says she was booted from a public bus because her 1 year old baby literally created a stink. He went to the bathroom in his diaper just as they were getting on the bus and people were sounding off on this story in tonight's Voice of the People.

Unknown from East Hampton said, "I have three kids and no bus driver would've asked me to get off the bus to clean my kids, I would've gotten off myself. It's just a common courtesy to the other people."

Sharon from Watertown said, "Maybe there was a reason, had the child been ill, whatever. You do not have a mother and chid have to get off the bus, wherever, if the person cant tolerate a little smell maybe she or he should have gotten off the bus."

Amy from East Haven said, "Shame on the bus company, shame. How many ppl have I sat beside on a city bus that were either vulgar in nature. They were never asked to leave the bus. Shame on the bus driver."

Lori from Deep River said, "I do believe the bus driver was right. It's not just one person it's 40-50 people that are on the bus that have to be comfortable."

Arora from Bridgeport asid, "I do believe the bus driver was right for the simple fact that with the stench of the baby, unfortunatley not being his fault, could have gotten a lot more people sick and nauseous and then it would have been a problem. So all she needed to do was get off the bus change her baby, it's done all the time, and then catch another bus, get back on."
