(WTNH) -- People are talking about a student in Madison charged after bringing an airsoft gun to school. Plus, Lance Armstrong was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles, and lots of people have something to say about it in tonight's Voice of the People.
Roy from Bristol said, "I don't see how they can charge a kid, I guess he's 14 or something, with bringing a weapon to school when its not even legally a weapon, first off. And secondly, it's a toy gun, it's sold at Walmart in the toy section. There's no reason why he can't bring it to school."
Marilyn from Pawcatuck said, "What is happening to Mr. Armstrong, if it was happening in a public school anywhere in the United States, would be referred to the police and school administration as bullying. There's no concrete evidence, all his accusers have been giving a get out of jail free card and no sanctions, and its a disgrace. What he has done for cancer victims is commendable."
Hat from Niantic said, "This guy started Livestrong, that's fine, that's a tremendous thing and it's a great thing that he's done. But it doesn't change the fact that he's a cheater. We accept cheaters today."
Ron from Norwich said, "If Michael Vick is not paying for these dog crimes, these animal crimes he committed then I think Armstrong should be acquitted to."
