(WTNH) -- A story we ran at noon about breastfeeding in public really got the attention of our viewers.

"About the teacher breast feeding, she had no business taking a sick baby into a classroom," said John in East Hartford. "Where's her brain?"

"As long as she covers herself and did it in a professional way, thumbs up to her," said Peggy in New Haven.

"About the woman breast feeding her child in class, I think that's terrible," said Chris in Waterbury. "If you have a sick child, you stay home with your sick child. You take the day off. You don't got to school with the child and have everyone else get sick. I think she actually enjoyed breastfeeding in front of the students. That's my opinion. That's terrible."

"That is totally absurd, because if I ever brought my child to work and started breast feeding I'd probably get fired," said Heather in Shelton. "So, yeah, it's inappropriate. Her kid has a fever, she should be left home to rest. It's ridiculous. What is this world coming to?"
