Voice of the People: Sept. 20, 2012

(WTNH) -- From bandits on bikes, to early prison release, and even Lindsay Lohan; our viewers have plenty to say in tonight's Voice of the People.

Helen from Hamden said, "to prevent the escalating crime wave of punks on bicycles beating and robbing our citizens, we need to emulate the successful tactics used by New York City police to fight similar crimes. Plain clothes. Under cover tactics. Police women should be disguised as ordinary women carrying handbags walking streets in vulnerable neighborhoods. Once attacked by bicycle thieves they can nab and arrest these punks and reduce their presence."

Larry from Milford said, "I think they ought to change the laws and bring capitol punishment back, and I'd like to see what the ones that make these people come out see what happened if they did it to their family."

Eddie from New London said, "that Lindsay Lohan, she's an idiot. Why does she keep getting away with this (expletive). This stuff's gotta stop, no matter who you are, no matter how much money you have. What is wrong with this world?"
