(WTNH) -- Folks are talking about a number of different issues we've been telling you about; from school lunches, police brutality and NFL refs.

Jack from Woodbury said, "who really cares about the NFL when we've got so many other problems in this country. We have an election coming up, that probably is the most important election in recent history. We've got homeless issues, we have problems in our economy. Problems with international politics, problems with China...in competing with china. Who really cares about the NFL, it's a game and there are more important things to worry about."

Anonymous from New Haven said, "it's really simple, don't run. If you run they're gonna chase, tempers flare. If you resist they're gonna do anything they can and everything within their legal power to get you back under control. Some might say that it's excessive or what have you. But these guys put their lives, and women, put their lives on the line everyday."

Elsy from Bridgeport said, "instead of throwing the unopened juice and fruit boxes in the trash I think they should put them in a special container and then have the kids bring that food to the shelters to see people who really really are hungry and need them."

Christine from Stonington said, "I think it's great about that second man getting a second chance to be one at bat. Good for him and good for everybody who got it done."
