KILLINGWORTH, Conn. (WTNH) -- One man has been arrested and officers are searching for a second in the violent robbery of a Killingworth bank.

Police are searching for 40-year-old Marcus Dwyer after a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging him with the August 6 robbery of the TD Bank on Route 81 in Killingworth.

The indictment states that Dwyer, 32-year-old Dario Pabey, and another person entered the bank, displayed weapons and ordered everyone on the ground. Some of the customers and employees were tied up while the suspects made off with approximately $43,573.

The trio fled the bank in a stolen car, which was abandoned a short distance from the bank.

No one was injured.

Pabey was arrested on Sept. 7 and was detained after he appear in court on Monday.

Anyone with information on Dwyer's whereabouts is asked to call Detective Jim McGlynn of the Connecticut State Police at 860-250-5060 or Special Agent Lisa MacNamara of the FBI at 203-996-4132.

The robbery is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Connecticut State Police.
