WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A West Haven man was arrested after police found 19 Ziploc bags filled with cocaine inside his home.
Officers found the bags in an apartment on Treat Street on Tuesday.
Police say the bags contained 8.4 grams of cocaine. They also seized a digital scale and $310.
The resident, 28-year-old Curtis Carr, was arrested. Carr was also wanted on three other arrest warrants for narcotics charges.
Carr was charged with 16 narcotics violations. He was held on bond.
