NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Two New Haven men suffered from gunshot wounds mid-day Friday.
Officers responded to the area of Jackson Lane a little before noon, after 911 callers reported two men had been shot.
Police arrived and found Patric Mims, 26, and Gerard Butler, 26, who both suffered from gunshot wounds, police said.
Mims suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and Butler had been shot in the leg.
Both men were taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital by ambulance, and were listed in stable condition.
The shooting is under investigation.
