3rd suspect arrested in double murder

WATERTOWN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police arrested a third person in connection to a double homicide in Watertown.

Anthony Acosta, 24, is accused of being an accomplice in the double murder of Donna Bouffard and her son, Michael Perkins.

Bouffard and Perkins were found dead in their home earlier this month.
     
Acosta was charged with tampering with physical evidence, second degree hindering prosecution, and third degree larceny.

Acosta is scheduled to appear in court on August 13. He is being held on a $250,000 bond.

Claude Turner and Elizabeth Swiderski are already charged with the murders. Police tracked them down in Baltimore after they allegedly stole the victims' car.
