BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) -- A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrests of those responsible for a Bristol bank robbery.

The robbery happened around 5 p.m. on November 29th, at the United Bank, located at 888 Farmington Ave.

Police said the two suspects were both described as wearing black ski masks, black gloves, black jackets, and dark-colored pants.

While one suspect, armed with a handgun, held bank employees at gunpoint, the second suspect jumped over the counter and ordered the teller to place the cash into a black backpack, police said.

The suspects then fled with bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

United Bank is now offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Terri Boyko at 860-314-4563 or at terriboyko@bristolct.gov.
