53-year-old Vernon man arrested for child porn

VERNON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A 53-year-old man was arrested on warrant for child pornography.

On Thursday around 4:30 p.m. police arrested Attila Csoka of 4 Dailey Circle after a year long investigation.

In January of 2012 police were notified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that Csoka may be involved in child pornography.

Vernon Detectives discovered that Csoka was in possession of a large amount of child porn, police said.

Csoka was arrested on a warrant issued by Rockville Superior Court.

He was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography, importing child pornography and 4 counts of promoting a child in an obscene performance.

He is being held on a $25,000 bond and will be arraigned in Rockville Superior Court on Friday.
