57-year-old faces sex assault charges

SUFFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A 57-year-old man was charged with sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

After a long investigation, police arrested David Kozaczka on an Enfield Superior Court issued warrant.

Kozaczka was charged with first-degree sexual assault and 2 counts of risk of injury to/impairing the morals of a child.

Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date was set for Dec. 13.
