69 marijuana plants seized in bust

ORANGE, Conn. (WTNH) -- Orange police say they have arrested two people as part of an investigation into drug activity.

Orange police, DEA officers, and state police executed a search warrant at a home on Lambert Road around 7 p.m. Monday night.

Once inside, officials were able to find and seize 69 marijuana plants, 2.5 pounds of cultivated marijuana, scales, packaging, and growing equipment.

Two people were arrested, however police say their names won't be released as this is an ongoing investigation.
