BRANFORD, Conn. (WTNH)-- Former WWE Diva Tamara Sytch was arrested on Friday night for violating a protective order by going to her ex-boyfriend's home.
This is her 6th arrest in the past few months.
According to her attorney, Rob Serafinowicz, Sytch had permission from the court to have discussions with her ex-boyfriend relating to issues on their relationship, because they were attempting to reconcile.
"I believe that this situation was blown out of proportion. Tammie is doing her best to deal with her issues. She has made great progress and was putting forth her best efforts to try to identify issues in her relationship," said Serafinowicz.
Sytch's lawyer went on to say that her ex-boyfriend requested she come over and then called the police after an argument. Sytch left the scene with two broken ribs and bruises all over her body, Serafinowicz said.
Sytch filed an assault complaint with the Branford police department, due to her injuries.
Last September, she was also in court three times in three days, for charges related to domestic violence.
Sytch has been out of rehab since January 5th, but is continuing an out-patient program. She will be in court Monday.
