MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police in Milford are trying to find a man who robbed a local 7-11 at gunpoint Monday night.
Police were called to the store at 329 Old Gate Lane at 11:24 p.m. Monday night.
Witnesses told police a masked man entered the store carrying a small black firearm. He told the store's employee to open the register and took off with an unknown amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a black man, approximately 5'6"-5'8", with a large build. He was wearing black jeans and an off white zip-up style sweatshirt with a black design on it.
The same store was also robbed on May 10 at 12:41 a.m. Police are comparing the two cases to see if there are any similarities.
