Earlier this month, Anderson was charged with two counts of second-degree manslaughter and one count of reckless driving. He was released on $250,000 bond.

On Tuesday, the video from inside a police cruiser was released that shows the car carrying the teens turning into the path of Anderson's cruiser.

Investigators also say that Anderson, who was traveling south on the Boston Post Road, had a yellow blinking light and that the teens, who were coming north and making a left onto Dogwood Road, had a red blinking light.
Also released today was the arrest warrant for Jaycen Munro, a 21-year old Milford man who hosted the party that the teens attended prior to the crash. According to Munro, the teens were drinking before arriving at the party.
"Dave and Ashlie appeared to be very tipsy when they got to the party and he [Munro] did not see them drink anything at the party," the arrest warrant states.
