Man arrested for sexual assault

Two young boys assaulted during swim lessons

    North Canaan, Conn. (WTNH) - State police have arrested a Winsted man for sexually assaulting of two young boys.

    Police say a woman in North Canaan filed the complaint saying that her sons were sexually assaulted by their swim instructor in 2008 while attending swim lessons in North Canaan.

    Police say, following an extensive investigation, they have arrested Martin Gringas, 33, of Winsted on sexual assault charges.

    Gringas is being held on $275,000 bond.
