Coventry, Conn. (WTNH) - Police have arrested a suspect responsible for a number of residential burglaries in Coventry.

Ian Grimsley, 26, was arrested Thursday at Rockville Superior Court on warrants charging him with various burglary and larceny charges.

Police say Grimsley was involved in four residential burglaries. The spree took place during October and November, and mostly jewelry was reported missing.

During one of the incidents, the resident was home, but there was no confrontation.

Grimsley has also been charged by other agencies in the state with burglary offenses.

He is currently being held in Hartford Correctional Center.

Grimsley's total bond for the most recent charges is $100,000.

The investigation is continuing and additional arrests are expected.
