Arrest made for South Windsor home invasion and sexual assault

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH)-- On Tuesday, South Windsor police arrested a man for a home invasion and sexual assault that happened in October.

Police say Michael Roberts, 37, of East Hartford, broke into an acquaintance's condominium on Chapel Road, and committed sexual assault.

Roberts was charged with home invasion, sexual assault, unlawful restraint, criminal violation of a protective order and risk of injury to a minor.

Roberts was held on $700,000 bond and presented at Manchester Superior Court.
