Arrest made in 2008 cold case murder

NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) -- An arrest has been made in a cold case from a 2008 murder, police said.
Police have charged Jose E. Ramos, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., in connection with the October 10th, 2008 murder of Tynell Hardwick in Norwich.
The arrest was made on Tuesday in the Far Rockaway section of Queens, N.Y. He was held on a $2 million bond and he was arraigned at Norwich Superior Court on Wednesday.
He was charged with with murder and failure to appear.
