BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH)-- Police have arrested a man on Thursday, for the October murder of another man in Bridgeport.
Johnnie Jefferson, 22, who currently resides at the Honeyspot Hotel Stratford, was charged with capital felony murder and criminal attempt at robbery.
Police say on October 10th, Jefferson killed Dwayne Cobb, who was found in his car parked on Sunshine Circle, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say the motive for the murder stems from a robbery attempt that was carried out by Jefferson and other individuals police have identified.
Jefferson is being held on $1 million bond. Additional arrests are forthcoming.
