Arrest made in double homicide

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Connecticut State Police assisted New Jersey officials and made an arrest following a double homicide investigation.

Monica Mogg, 49, of Washingtonville, New York was charged on Thursday with Fugitive from Justice.

The double homicide took place on Oct. 30 in River Edge, New Jersey.

During the investigation, Bergen County District Attorney's Office issued an extraditable arrest warrant.

State police located Mogg and was taken into custody.

Bond was set at $2 million and the court date was set for Thursday at Hartford Superior Court.
