FARMINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A 50-year-old Windsor man has been arrested on sexual assault charges after an incident involving a girl at the Westfarms Mall.
Police arrested Alan Stuart Hickey Tuesday night at the Mohegan Sun casino. He's being held on charges of risk of injury to a minor, sexual assault 3rd degree, and public indecency. He was arraigned on Wednesday and held on $350,000 bond.

According to Farmington police, a 6-year-old girl reported to her mother that a man exposed his penis to her at the Go Calendar and forced her to touch it. Police say store surveillance video, some of which was released to News 8 and other news organizations, shows the incident and another similar incident with an unidentified girl.
After the video was released, police say they received several calls identifying the man in the video as Hickey.
"Within hours we received at least a dozen phone calls from concerned citizens, all of whom pointed to the suspect in this case," said Lt. Marshall Porter, Farmington Police Department.
He was eventually tracked down at the casino and arrested.
"Once we knew who he was, we learned where he lived," Lt. Porter said, "we set up surveillance on his house, we began tracking him electronically on his cell phone."
Police said a friend of Hickey's told Hickey he was wanted, and Hickey cut his hair and shaved to change his appearance.
Police said they have recovered several pieces of evidence after searching Hickey's car and home.
In court, it was revealed that Hickey is the father to two older boys, one of them is in the military and the other is in college.
Hickey appeared in Hartford Superior Court wearing a New York Yankees jersey and blue jeans.
He's being held on $350,000 bond and was told by the judge to not go anywhere near Westfarms Mall.
"We're very pleased to have this individual off the streets," Lt. Porter said.
