Arrest made in shooting death of teen

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- An 18-year-old man is being held on a one million dollar bond for the January shooting death of a 14-year-old.
Bridgeport police arrested Laheem "Hemme" Jones Tuesday and charged him with the murder of Justin Thompson.
Thompson was walking with friends when was shot in the head on January 18 at Williston and Seaview.
Police say Jones and Thompson were in rival gangs. Police say Jones has an extensive criminal history. He was recently arrested in connection to a shooting on Catherine Street.
Police say their investigation is continuing.
