WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)-- A 65-year-old West Haven man was found dead from an apparent assault on Saturday.
Police say they responded to an unconscious male at 228 Main Street around 2:55 AM.
The male was identified as James McCabe.
Police say a person of interest has been interviewed and they have some strong leads in this case. No further information on the victim or person of interest was released.
West Haven police ask anyone with information to call them at 203-937-3905.
