GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- A babysitter was arrested after police determined she was driving under the influence with a 4-year-old in the car.

Emily Michelle Flavell, 21, of Hebron was pulled over just before midnight Monday night in Glastonbury for a traffic stop.

Officers determined she was under the influence of either alcohol or drugs and they found her in possession of prescription narcotics that she could not provide a prescription for.

Also in the car was a 4-year-old boy she was babysitting.

She was arrested and charged with possession of prescription narcotics, illegal storage of prescription narcotics, risk of injury to a minor, DUI and failure to drive right.

She was given a $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on August 1.
