TORRINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- Torrington Police are asking for help in finding the people who illegally used a blind woman's debit card.
The woman's card was reported missing May 8th. It had been either lost or stolen a day or two before.
According to police, two men are suspected of using the woman's card at Walmart and Stop & Shop in Torrington, and Northwest Community Bank in Winsted. $500 was taken in the transactions, police said.
"The suspect vehicle used by the 2 male suspects is described as a Pontiac Grand Prix or Grand Am newer model, with a moonroof and white decaling across the top portion of the windshield," Lt. Michael Emanuel Jr. said in a news release.
Police described the suspects as white men, one medium build, the other with a heavier build and full beard.
