Bridgeport bank robbed by 2 men

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH)-- A bank was robbed in Bridgeport on Saturday morning.

Police say it happened around 9:19 AM, at the TD Bank at 975 Madison Avenue. The two suspects were wearing ski masks and armed with a black, possibly semi-automatic, handgun.

One suspect is described as a 6 foot black male, weighing 160 lbs. He was wearing a black leather jacket, black jeans, and black sneakers with white trim on the bottom.

The other suspect was described as a 5'11" black male, weighing 250 lbs. He was wearing a green camouflage jacket with a hood and blue jeans.

Both suspects fled on foot, going west on Garfield towards Park Avenue.
