Police in Watertown are searching for a suspect who allegedly …

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police made an arrest following a bank robbery in Bridgeport Friday.
The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m., at a Bank of America, located at 975 East Main St.
Police say Harold Watt, 43, of 938 State St. passed a note to bank staff and money was then turned over Watt.
Watt did not flee the bank but instead sat down in the lobby.
When police arrived, officers found Watt inside the bank. He was detained and questioned.
Watt was charged with first-degree robbery and held on $50,000.
