Bridgewater, Conn. (WTNH) - A search and seizure warrant was served at the home of a man whose wife was found dead earlier this month.
Elizabeth Heath, of Newtown, disappeared in 1984 at the age of 30. She disappeared just days after her husband, John Heath, filed for divorce.
Elizabeth's remains were found on the Newtown property earlier this month, and today, police served a warrant at the Bridgewater home of her husband. He has since remarried.
John Health has not been charged in the case, which is now considered a homicide.
Police are not yet revealing what they were looking for and what they found.
