BROOKFIELD, Conn. (WTNH)-- A Brookfield man has been arrested on Thursday for engaging in sexually explicit conversations online, with an 11-year-old girl from another state.
William Meltzer, 58, was charged with three counts of impairing the morals of a minor.
Police say they seized electronic evidence that proved Meltzer was posing as a juvenile to engage in sexually explicit online relationships with other minors.
Meltzer posted his $50,000 bond and will appear in court on January 7th.
