HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Hartford man is out on bond after his arrest on child porn and obscenity charges.
Joaquin Machado was arrested Wednesday from a case that began back in January of 2011.
In March of this year, police got a warrant and seized several items from an apartment on Laurel Street. Police say they found image and video files of suspected child pornography.
Machado is charged with promoting a minor in an obscene performance, possessing child pornography and obscenity.
He was freed after posting a $10,000 bond, and was scheduled to be in court in Hartford on May 16.
