Southington, Conn. (WTNH) - Police seized 7.5 pounds of marijuana valued at $42,000 from a Southington woman's home.
Police found the pot, along with about $1,600 in cash inside the home of 36-year-old Carrie Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick called police after her home was burglarized on January 10, around 7:43 p.m.
Once inside her home on Wheeler Village Drive, police found the drugs and cash.
She was charged with possession of over 1 kilo of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of more than 4 ozs with intent to sell, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating drug factory, and risk of injury to minors.
She was released on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on January 23.
