ENFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- State police say the double silver alert has been resolved.
50-year-old Theresa Bosley and her grandson, 4-year-old Christopher Bosley, were found in Rhode Island while 12-year-old Kilee was found in their hometown of Enfield. All three are fine, police say.
Bosley had custody of her two grandchildren, but on Thursday, a judge ordered her to turn the children over to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families. On Friday, all three were reported missing.
State police originally called the case an abduction, but Enfield police say that was not the case.
The two children are currently in DCF custody.
At this time, no charges have been filed, but the case is still open. Theresa was evaluated by police and allowed to return home.
Police said they had reason to believe the children were endangered.
