SHELTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A 63-year-old man was arrested after police say they caught him with his pants down.

Police say they found Michael Chupick, 63, sitting in his car with his pants down on Birchbank Road in Riverview Park in Shelton.

Police were called to the scene at 11 a.m. on Tuesday after receiving a report of a suspicious male.

Chupick was not able to explain why his pants were down, or why he was in the park.

He was charged with public indecency and released on a promise to appear in court.

Police responded to a similar report on Monday, but were not able to find the male or the car.
