SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) -- A South Windsor man was arrested Thursday after violating a protective order.
Police responded to a Twin Circle home around 2 p.m. Thursday, after receiving a complaint of a violation of a protective order.
Upon arrival, it was learned that 30-year-old Matthew Polcynski, of 802 Twin Circle Dr., who had appeared in court earlier in the day was at the home in violation of an order. The man had been arrested Wednesday night for a domestic dispute.
Polcynski was released Thursday afternoon with several conditions, including that he have no contact with relatives at his Twin Circle home.
Officers found Polcynski inside the home and took him into custody.
He charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.
He was held on $500 surety bond and will appear at Manchester Superior Court again on Friday.
