Cops seize a pound of crack in Trumbull

TRUMBULL, Conn. (CT Post) -- Stratford Police discovered more than a pound of crack cocaine packaged for sale while serving an arrest warrant at a White Plains Road home Friday.

Eduardo Nieves, 31, was charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to a minor.

Nieves was held in lieu of $250,000 bond pending arraignment on Jan. 25.
