Cops: Young girl was victim of voyeurism

TOLLAND, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Windham man was arrested after police say they found over 800 images and videos of child pornography in his possession.
Thirty-year-old Jacob Harper was arrested after a lengthy investigation turned up 647 images of child pornography on his home computer, cell phone and hard drive. They also found 181 additional videos depicting child pornography.
During the investigation, officers determined a 9-year-old girl was the victim of voyeurism, but she was not harmed in any way.
On Wednesday, Tolland police arrested Harper at the Mobil Xtra-Mart in Mansfield, where he works.
He was charged with voyeurism, importing child pornographic material and possessing child pornography.
He was held on a court set bond of $1 million and scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning.
