Driver's motor vehicle violation convictions

(WTNH) - Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles has released  the following violation convictions that appear on 32-year-old Michael Pajak's driving record.

Pajak's license is currently not under suspension.

Speeding (twice):

• First conviction: Arrest date: 10/25/98 in Enfield, conviction date: 4/30/08
• Second conviction: Arrest date: 6/13/07 in East Hartford, conviction date: 11/19/07

Passing school bus displaying warning signal:

• Arrest date: 12/13/99 in Enfield, conviction date: 4/30/08

Withdrawal, non-motor vehicle violation (Failure to complete operator retraining class):

• License suspended on: 7/25/08
• License restored on: 1/14/09

Driving while suspended:

• Arrest date: 3/9/00 in Enfield, conviction date: 10/6/00
• License suspended on: 11/15/00

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol:

• Arrest date: 3/4/02 in Enfield
• Suspended by DMV through Administrative Per Se action on: 4/3/02
• License restored on: 9/28/07
• Convicted in Court: 2/8/05
• Suspended by DMV for court conviction on: 3/23/05
• License restored on: 9/28/07

Improper care or maintenance of license, registration certificate or registration plates:

• Arrest date: 2/19/10 in Ellington, conviction date: 5/18/10

Failure to appear for hearing or trial:

• There are 6 different suspensions (related to 6 different tickets) on driving record for this reason during various periods.
• Two (of the 6) tickets had two charges – for a total of eight different charges.

Pajak of Enfield is facing charges in connection with the vehicular death of Connecticut State Trooper Kenneth Hall.
