Police told News 8 that a man was coming out of the Golden Chopsticks Chinese restaurant at 2380 Dixwell Avenue when he was attacked by a drunk homeless man on a bike.
The homeless man hit the victim over the head with an empty Jack Daniel's bottle, called him a racial slur and quickly pedaled off.
