MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) -- Two people were arrested on drug charges after a marijuana bust at a Manchester home Thursday.
Task force officers executed a search warrant at 536 Birch Mountain Road.
During the search, officers seized 4.5 lbs. of marijuana, marijuana grow equipment, and other drug paraphernalia.
Two residents, Paul Bato and Amanda Macey were arrested.
Police said Bato has a long criminal history in the state, and currently has cases pending for manslaughter and harassment.
Forty-six year old Bato, and 28-year-old Macey were both charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of more than 4 oz. of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a drug factory.
Bond was set at $200,000 for Bato, and $5,000 for Macey.
