East Hampton man busted for drugs

EAST HAMPTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- An East Hampton man was arrested on numerous drug charges Tuesday.

After a three-month investigation, James Jerjies, 18, of 3 Curry Lane was arrested following a search of his home.

More than three ounces of marijuana, 38 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms, packaging materials, a scale, used Heroin packaging materials and used syringes/needles were recovered.

Jerjies was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operation of a drug factory.

Jerjies was held on $5,000.00 bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Middletown on June 13th.
