SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) -- Two men were arrested in South Windsor after an East Windsor farmer caught them stealing parts off a potato harvester.
On Saturday, April 28, the farmer says he was notified there were two men removing parts from a a potato harvester in his fields.
The victim then drove to the South Windsor metal recycler and found the two men with a stolen driveshaft.
Police were called in and they arrested 42-year-old John White and 47-year-old Richard Guastamachio. Both men were charged with sixth degree larceny.
They were released on $5,000 non-surety bonds and scheduled to appear in court on May 10.
