ORANGE, Conn. (WTNH) -- All of this snow has brought a sigh of relief for the Orange Fire Department, hoping it will keep whoever is responsible for setting multiple fires far away.
There were six fires in two days on the same street in Orange and Firefighters believe they were intentionally set.
On Sunday they were called to Derby Milford Road to put out a brush fire.
On Monday, they were called another four times to the same street and same side of the road for more brush fires.
Fire Marshal Tim Smith tells News 8 police have beefed up patrols in that area.
One business owner tells News 8 he noticed the flames and saw the trucks and never expected to hear firefighters believe someone set the fires.
