Sprague, Conn. (WTNH) -- A teacher was arrested after police say he had inappropriate contact with one of his students.

In 2010 Robert Pfeiffer, 30, was a teacher at the Academy of The Holy Family in Baltic. Police say at that time, Pfeiffer had inappropriate contact with a juvenile student.

Pfeiffer was charged with one count of risk of injury/impairing the morals of a minor.

He was held on a $50,000 court set bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 26.

The victim was not identified.
