BRANFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- News 8 has learned that guns were drawn at the scene of a suspected crime in Branford late Saturday night.

Several police cars were observed at the intersection of Kirkham and Meadow Streets shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday.

Guns were drawn and police told News 8 that they were looking for a robbery suspect.

There was no additional information on the incident.
