Hartford police investigate reported rape

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- An arrest has been made in the reported beating and rape of a woman in Hartford.
Police say they got a call from the woman just before 8:30 Saturday night saying she was held against her will, beaten and raped.
When officers got to 867 Broad Street they found the woman hanging out of a third floor window. She was taken to Hartford Hospital with face and head injuries.
Police have yet to release the suspect's name.
Anyone who may have information about what happened is asked to call Hartford Police .
