NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are investigating a homicide that occurred at a Burger King in New Haven Monday night.
The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m., at a Burger King, located on Whalley Ave., across the street from the Stop & Shop.
Donald Bradley, 58, was shot in his car at the drive-thru.
Police said two to three people approached the car and got into a confrontation with Bradley, shots were fired and he was hit in the chest.
Bradley was taken to the St. Raphael's Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses said two, possibly three people then went into a house at 541 Orchard St.
Two teens, who are not being labeled as suspects, were inside the home. Police were negotiating with them over a blow horn, trying to get them to come out of the house.
The two teens eventually came out and were brought in for questioning.
Police say they are possibly looking for a third person.
